Promoting biomedical services to the public involves communicating highly technical and sensitive topics in a way that builds trust, addresses misconceptions, and encourages voluntary participation. We developed a science-led, culturally sensitive brand communication strategy that built trust, increased awareness, and encouraged participation in Abu Dhabi Biobank’s services.
